あらすじ
Chaos Police, a city where evil runs rampant. Here, the craving for evil manifests as special abilities, and the peace of the people is threatened by these ability users who satisfy their own desires with their powers, commonly known as "Villains." Only a "Villain" can confront a "Villain." This is a story of judging evil with "evil" in the name of "justice."
