"NTR" is a term that primarily means "Netorare" (cuckoldry). It refers to a lover or spouse having sexual relations with another person of the opposite sex. In the near future, the "NTR" genre has long been banned due to the danger of it causing "brain destruction." The protagonist, Akira Inui, an unsuccessful erotic manga artist, happens to encounter "NTR" and becomes fascinated by it. Together with Harumi, a cyborg equipped with a "Seiyoku Reactor" that converts sexual desire into energy, the passionate days of pursuing the "ultimate NTR" begin now!!
