Mizunoke—spirits and Youkai that appear at the water's edge. Though they were eradicated along with modernization, here in "Uroko Town," the Mizunoke still inhabit the area――. To Saya, who works at the Mizunoke Control Center, comes a girl named Kichi, arriving one day like a storm. Kichi says she came to search for her missing older brother, but she seems to have some hidden circumstances...
