Shizuku departs alone as an exchange student to the USNA (United States of North America). In her place, a beautiful girl named Angelina Kudou Shields transfers to First High from the USNA. But in reality, she is Angie Sirius — a Strategic-Class Magician and the leader of the elite USNA unit, Stars.
