Five years have passed since the death penalty was abolished in Japan. In its place, serious criminals are now sent to a town known as "Tasogare Town." Yuma Chigashira, who claims he was falsely accused, is also sentenced to death and sent there without exception. Within the town, murder and rape are no longer crimes — it’s a lawless zone where death row inmates are forced to kill each other. Can Yuma survive in this hellish place!?
