A world of modern Japan where dungeons have appeared. Shutaro Hanaoka, a middle-aged salaryman with an old-looking face (and a virgin), suddenly notices on the morning of his 40th birthday that his status has reached abnormal values. And the job he awakened to was "Archmage." Though bewildered, he decides to join the "World Defense Organization," his long-time dream, and walk the path of a hero——.
